2,500 Students to Celebrate Graduation at CIU

Cyprus International University (CIU) will experience the joy of graduating approximately 2,500 students at its 2025–2026 Academic Year Spring Semester Graduation Ceremony. The event will be held in a single session on Friday, June 26, at 7:00 PM at the Open-Air Performing Arts Center, with the participation of students who have successfully completed associate, undergraduate, and graduate degree programs. During the ceremony, graduates will receive their diplomas in the presence of their families, academic and administrative staff, and invited guests.

Recognized for its academic achievements, research activities, and international character, CIU will continue to make effective use of technology during this year’s graduation ceremony. Through an AI-powered digital stage management system, students’ names will be pronounced in their native-language. This innovation aims to ensure that the names of graduates from different countries are read accurately and respectfully, while also contributing to a more efficient and well-organized program flow.

Following the opening speeches, the ceremony will continue with the presentation of diplomas. The event, marking a significant milestone in the educational journeys of the graduates, will conclude with the traditional cap-tossing ceremony.
